Q Hair & Beauty’s Managing Director, Dawn Lawrence and Salon Owner Anthony Barnes-Smith have completed the “Fantastic Salon Program”. The salon education program is delivered from the “Fantastic Hairdresser” Academy based in Chiswick, West London and takes 12 months to complete.
The “Fantastic Salon Program” is an in depth, critical look at running a salon, with influences from all elements, and fundamentals of managing a large team, as well as looking at the client journey. By completion, the delegates will have reviewed and sparkled up knowledge and systems to enable them to go forward and implement change where necessary.
“Continual education in the workplace should be standard for everyone, not just the team. We, the managers need the same attention” says Dawn.
Built within a listed building and a former school, Q hair and beauty have been looking after clients for over 30 years. Anthony and Dawn are both from Chichester. The salon currently employs a team of 27. The salon itself has hair, beauty and the largest home haircare retail shop in Chichester. The salon is no stranger to winning awards, and its community involvement.
