What will you be doing?
- Provide assistance to the styling team on a day to day basis
- To learn and deliver an exceptional back wash experience to our guests
- Serving a variety of refreshments to our guests as and when required
- Explore all aspects of hairdressing on our Academy day, dedicated to your learning
- Have fun, make money and be number 1
What training will you take and what qualification will you get at the end?
You will be working towards your NVQ Hair Professional Level 2. Your training will build your confidence and knowledge of our industry incorporating theory, practical and technical aspects.
This will be delivered both virtually and in person within the salon and with our training provider. This will help develop and promote your skills and ability to the highest standard. You will be supported one day a week within our in salon academy by one of our 3 educators in addition to your external education.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
All successful candidates will be given the opportunity to progress to a full time role within the group providing they have demonstrated a keenness to learn and belief in life-long learning. Willing to work as part of a fun, passionate team, dedicated to delivering exceptional hairdressing and outstanding customer experience.
