Terms of Sale


We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Q Hair and Beauty as we aim to offer you excellent quality value and service at all times.

For this reason you can return or exchange goods within 14 working days, following delivery, as long as they are in their original packaging, have not been used and are re-saleable. Your statutory rights are not affected. 
A copy of your paid invoice must be included with any returned product. After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged we will refund the entire sales price excluding original cost of delivery.


If you receive products that are faulty or have been damaged in transit, contact us within 3 days of receipt of goods, stating your order number and in what way the goods have been damaged. Send the goods back to us at the returns address below within a reasonable time, preferably within 7 working days following receipt of the goods. We will then credit your accounts for the damaged goods or re-dispatch as appropriate. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Our shipping charges are quoted on the basis that the product is in stock. Whilst we carry all the items on our website in stock, very occasionally certain items will be temporarily out of stock, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to either order an alternative, have the products sent as soon as they become available or cancel the order. Our aim is to dispatch ‘in stock’ items within 1 Business Day.
shipping charges are set at a flat rate of £1.95 and will be shipped using the Collect+ courier service.


Orders are processed between Monday and Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm GMT, excluding Bank and Public Holidays. Items ordered at a weekend will be processed the following business day excluding Bank Holidays.
All prices on our site are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT.
We use Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class post or other reputable couriers where appropriate for our deliveries. International Orders are shipped using a combination of Airmail to the destination country and then via the local delivery service.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control.


We are pleased to accept orders by Online transaction (secure server). All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. We are unable to accept or process any credit/debit card orders without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder. On-line payments are made through PayPal. After placing your order you will be transferred to PayPal’s secure payments server.


We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire, terrorism, war and legislation; petrol crisis and transport or weather disruptions. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customer’s liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.

Any information sent over the Internet is encrypted into an unbreakable code before it is sent. This ensure that no third party can intercept and decipher your personal information. It is certainly much safer than giving your credit card in a restaurant or mail order over the phone.


Under no circumstances do we provide or sell your details to third parties. We will not sell or trade or rent your personal information to others. You can browse our site without disclosing any personal data to us. When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. This enables us to process your orders efficiently and to improve the products and service that we are offering.
We may use this information to notify you of any new products or special offers we think may be of interest to you unless otherwise requested by you via email.
